I began surfing at a very young age in Pawley's Island and Litchfield Beach, South Carolina. My uncle had an old, heavy Vardeman longboard and I was hooked the first time I rode a wave. Since then, I've had a bunch of boards and plenty of sessions in the water. Surf locales have included Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, California, Hawaii, Ecuador, Portugal, Spain, Barbados, France, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
